It has been a long time since I have freely written on this blog, out of the overflow of my heart. It's also been a long time coming. I can no longer hold it in.
Spontaneously tears begin to fall down my cheeks as my reservoir overflows. All the pain from all the heartache in this world. Everyone turning on everyone else. So many wars and rumors of wars. (and that is just within the body of messiah!)
ha-Satan surely enjoying his last days as prince of this world - roaming to and fro seeking whom he may devour. Knowing his time is running short and making the most of it!
I think what truthfully hurts the most is seeing how easy it is for the enemy to creep into the lives of G-ds own and deceive them into believing it is US (each other) that are the problems...when in fact is is HIM.
Ephesians 6:12 "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Even to the detriment of our own personal welfare or perhaps family relationships. Sometimes even careers or politics. Even on a grander scale as in the case of Israel, G-ds chosen. yes, ha-Satan is very good at what he does. Spreading lies and division in G-d's family, and it is breaking the heart of Messiah right now. I feel his tears.
There is such malice, bitterness, loathing, self righteousness and hypocritical judgment flying between the brethren these days. So unfounded. All based on ignorance and worldly choices (interpersonal situations) and non Holy Spirit breathed wisdom, historical understanding and judgment calls (world political situations). That have been made by many of us in the body of Messiah.
Matthew 24:24 "For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect."
HOW can any of this kind of "relating to one another" (or non relating) as followers of Messiah ever work as a positive tool in leading someone to Messiah?
John 13:35 "By this all will know that you are my disciple, if you have love for one another."
It can't.
Personally I can not understand hatred of any kind. Save one thing, sin and the author of it, ha-Satan.
I find myself puzzled at how anyone who claims the name of Messiah Yeshua, Christ follower, Christian or Jesus lover can raise a hand against Israel during this time. That makes absolutely no sense what so ever. I can give room to understanding for the unbeliever as Messiah said himself, ""Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters." Matthew 12:30 As for anyone who is said to know (yada) Yeshua? I should have to seriously doubt they ever really knew (yada) Yeshua personally. Anyone who knows Yeshua personally, knows his heart and knows Israel is the apple of his eye.
I hear many who say they are lover's of G-d and advocates of what is right. I hear them condemn the slaughter of humans and unnecessary war. I would like to say I agree with this statement for myself as well. To see the genocide taking place all over the globe is too much for me to bear....I will brake down and weep! Still, many of these very same people I hear standing up for these causes are blind when it comes to Israel. They can not see OR they refuse to see or listen to what is really happening in Israel and Gaza. Truly breaks my heart. I can only hope that these people are not believers in Messiah Yeshua yet and need only have their hearts softened, their eyes opened and come to receive Yeshua as Messiah in their life.
As followers, believers and disciples of Messiah Yeshua, we may not all be in the same place or believe exactly the same way. True. As long as we have the core belief agreed upon and we love each other - this will work.
G-d created diversity - NOT division - Division is a work of the enemy! 1Cor 1
"If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand." Mark 3:25
Let us therefore seek the face of G-d & let us learn to love one another and come to know (yada) the heart of Him (Yeshua) who gave his life as a sacrifice so we would not have to die but instead would be able to live forever in relationship with HIM!
