STOP SCREAMING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHEN YOU CALL IN FOR ASSISTANCE!!! 

 

You may even get something accomplished by the end of your phone call.

 

 Other than giving your CSR a migraine and driving them to literal tears.
