Easter Message from Pastor Saeed from the Pit of Darkness in Iran

Crucifying the resurrected “self” with Christ and resurrecting our dead faith with Christ
Happy Resurrection Day.
On the Eve of Good Friday and Easter I was praying from my hospital room for my fellow Christians in the world.  What the Holy Spirit revealed to me in prayer was that there are many dead faiths in the midst of Christians today. That Christians all over the world are not able to fully reach their spiritual potential that has been given to them as a gift by God so that in reaching that potential, the curtain can be removed and the Glory of God would be revealed.
Some times we want to experience the Glory and resurrection with Jesus without experiencing death with Him.  We do not realize that unless we pass through the path of death with Christ, we are not able to experience resurrection with Christ.
We want to have a good and successful marriage, career, education and family life (which is also God’s desire and plan for our life). But we forget that in order to experience the Resurrection and Glory of Christ we first have to experience death with Christ and to die to ourselves and selfish desires.
Jesus said to His Disciples:  “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. (Matthew 16:24)
This means that we should not do things that we like to do (that God does not want us to do) and to do things that we do not like to do (but God wants us to do) so that He may be glorified.
So in addition to spending our days and night in doing the works of faith as described above, we should also transform our dead faiths into living and active faiths through the resurrection of Christ which is an active and constructive love that is effective.
In conclusion, let us resurrect our Dead faiths to living faiths by first dying to our selfish “resurrected” self and experiencing the cross of Jesus. Then we are able to experience the Glorious resurrection with Christ.
A Glorious life with Christ starts only after a painful death (to self) with Christ.
We will start with Christ.

7 Year Lesson - I will Follow You

I discovered a dream I had a few years back.

A prophetic dream. I did not realize it at first, but this dream was telling of things to come 7 years in the future.
I assumed it was a warning for that day and time and passed it along to the appropriate person.
I did so without prayerful consideration first, thus the word of warning was harshly turned away. This person no longer trusted in my ability to hear from the Lord.  I chocked it up as a lesson learned and that, "Hey...we all miss the mark once in a while!" and life moved on.

Seven years later I have stumbled across this journal entry dated May 2007 - A vision.
I will not share the vision  because of it's personal nature. However, the point I wanted to make is that the vision is now 7 (seven) years later, coming to pass.

I missed the mark, when the Lord first gave me this vision.
I did not seek Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit) about it. I "jumped" the gun (so to speak).
I ran with a word I had received in spirit and delivered it in the flesh.  It was not received by the recipient. AT ALL. I don't blame them. Now that I look back, I can't help but wonder, "Would there have been a different out come had I handled it differently?" Oh I don't know. Maybe not.

However, the word of God does say, "To whom much is given, much will be required."
I have been given a great gift of seeing and for this much will be required of me. To use this gift halfheartedly or without much holy respect, most certainly I will be held accountable.

Also, I do know, that today, seven years later, I have been lead back to that very same vision by the Ruach of God. Clearly seeing and understanding  the meaning of it. With absolutely no doubt, no question about it and sadly because the vision has become a reality.

Will "I" be held accountable for what has taken place?
Again, I am not entirely sure.
I was responsible to pass along the word.

A watchman is responsible to bring forth warning.
Not to interpret. That is where I missed the mark.
Again, I became more than one who simply delivers Gods message.
I interfered with what the Lord was doing.

Then again, he who received the word is also responsible.

Ultimately, each of us is responsible for our own eternal destiny.
The Lord may bring others into our life to help us but when it's all said and done.
We are the ones who make the decisions we make daily...each and every day....to continue to follow Messiah.
To continue to seek God's kingdom over everything else.
To seek God's face. To "know him".
To study the holy scriptures as Yeshua did.

Ultimately, each of us will be held accountable when we stand before God on judgment day and give account for everything we have done and haven't done.
Not our Pastor's...not our Rabbi's...not our Mom's or Dad's.
Not our Teacher's - or Evangelists  or anyone else.
WE are responsible for learning the scriptures.
It is up to us to find out what the will of our most holy  Abba is for us.
It is our most holy honor and privilege to do so.
This is our calling in life....
It's NOT chasing after the supernatural.

Yes, I said that.

I encourage you to take a look around ...I mean outside where ever you are. Your office. Your house.   Your church. Literally, physically get up and walk outside where ever you are and make a point to notice the unpleasant all around, everywhere.

Then - see God - in it.
Then - be a part - of it - and make it better

Don't miss understand me. (and those of my readers that know me will already understand this)
I will be the first to thank the good Lord for my Congregation! I am so thankful for my family at Beth Messiah! I love them so much! Just even thinking about them brings a smile to my heart and face! I start each new week looking forward to the next Wed gathering and next Shabbat. :)

My point is - far too often we can get stuck in, what I will term, a glory bubble of denial.
We race around from one supernatural conference to another. Chasing after signs and wonders. Throwing our dollars at the feet of speakers  telling their tales of visits to the glory realm and promising like experiences if you will only.......blah blah blah...

Umm, yeah. No.

Seriously.
I know this sounds harsh. However, I have lived in this world (of supernatural conferences etc.) I know what it's like. Bottom line. It's not scriptural.

I have also lived, am now living in the supernatural. This is scriptural.
And, get this, this kind of living is available to every blood bought child of God...and at no financial cost to you. Most likely you already own the instruction manual! (The Holy Bible)

Oh,and another AwEsOmE thing - When you start living the Holy Scriptures like Yeshua did -
They'll be no need to chase after the signs and wonders - because - they will follow after you!

Mark 16:17-18 "And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

Shalom~

Oh no! Amy's on her soap box!

Things aren't always as they seem. Seriously when was the last time you read a book that turned out to be just "exactly as you expected it would be" - by looking at its cover?

AND IF THAT WERE THE CASE

Every time we read books - WHY BOTHER?
How boring would that be?

Moral?

Take time to know people. Don't place the burden on "them" to divulge everything about who they are.

That being said lets not jump to conclusions (and judge) each other until we really do know each other.

Okay off my soap box - for now anyway .......;)
